The two day festival of horse racing dates back to 1780 and is home to the greatest flat racing in the world. Queen’s Stand Jockey Club Room
Located on the second floor of the Queen’s Stand, the Jockey Club Room has private balconies overlooking the Winner’s Circle, finishing line and parade ring. With stunning views across The Downs and the City of London, you will have the opportunity to view the runners both pre and post race, without leaving the comfort of your private suite. The Jockey Club Room will feel like a exclusive private club with lift access directly into the room.

Queen’s Stand Blue Riband Room
The Blue Riband Room is located on the first floor of the Queen’s Stand and is a wonderful place to spend the day. A private balcony overlooks the parade ring and a shared public balcony gives views of the track and Winner’s Circle. The Blue Riband is at the very heart of the Queen’s Stand and is a highly prized location.

Gentlemen - black or grey morning dress with a top hat, or service dress.
Ladies - formal day dress or a trouser suit with a hat.
Downs View Suite
The Downs View Suite is on the second floor of Epsom’s new Grandstand – the Duchess’s Stand. The Suite has simply the most stunning views across downs the unique Epsom course and finishing straight. You can take in the whole event from your prime location.

Gallops Suite

The relaxed atmosphere in the Winning Post Marquee makes this a popular venue for those that are looking to entertain guests for a great day out, close to the action.
Situated just past the winning post on the inside rail, this facility offers an enjoyable way to entertain clients and watch some great racing.

Tattenham Straight Hospitality
This stunning marquee is positioned to the left of the main Grandstand in the famous Tattenham Straight - a pivotal point as the runner approach final furlong of the race. Enjoy superb hospitality and experience the action at close quarters, as the horses thunder up the finishing straight.
Your guests will enjoy a complimentary bar, numerous TV screens and a big screen opposite the marquee to keep them up to date with action from around the course, and dedicated TOTE betting service.
Private tables are available for a minimum of 10 guests or smaller numbers can be accommodated on shared tables.
