Chairman's Hospitality Package
Available Tuesday 24th May, Wednesday 25th May, Thursday 26th May, Friday 27th May.
Your Chairman's Hospitality Package will include:
- Entrance ticket to the show
- Show catalogue
- Morning coffee and patisserie on arrival from 9.00 am (show opens at 8am)
- Grande Marque champagne & canapé reception
- Four course luncheon with fine wines
- Coffee, port and brandy
- Complimentary bar, from 11.00 am – 6.00 pm (show closes at 8pm)*
- Traditional afternoon tea from 4.00 pm - 5.30 pm
- Horticultural expert in attendance
- Hostess in attendance to ensure the smooth running of your day
- Guest wallet containing the day’s itinerary and information
Private chalets are available for 40 guests on Tuesday and Wednesday and for 30 guests on Thursday and Friday with smaller numbers accommodated within the shared Chelsea Club facility

Chairman's Evening Package
Following an afternoon viewing of the show, guests will enjoy an evening’s hospitality of champagne and canapés followed by a four-course dinner.
Available on Tuesday 24th May, Wednesday 25th May and Friday 27th May.

- Admission to the show, giving guests access to the showground from 3.30 pm
- Access to your hospitality facility from 3.30 pm
- Traditional afternoon tea available from 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm
- Grande Marque champagne & canapé reception from 7.00 pm (show closes 8.00pm)
- Full complimentary bar from 3.30pm to 9.30pm
- Four course dinner with superior wines served in your hospitality facility at 8.00 pm (depart showground at 10.00pm)
